Chocolate Balls !!! A delicious, rich and delightful dish.....perfect for chocolate cravings. Kids would love it.This dish is very easy and quick to make. It is a perfect recipe for kid parties. so on this Christmas surprise your kiddus with this home made chocolate balls.



Chocolate Balls



Ingredients:


10-12 marie biscuits
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp almond powder
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
3-4 drops vanilla essence 
Milk as required to make dough

Method:


1. Break biscuits & grind in a blender.

2. Transfer powdered biscuits into a bowl. Add almond powder, powdered sugar
    cocoa powder, vanilla essence & mix well.

3. Now add milk & make a soft dough. 

4. Grease your hands, take a small portion of dough, roll it into ball shape.
     Repeat the same with the rest of dough.

5. Garnish balls with desiccated coconut, refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.

6. Chocolate balls are ready for Christmas.

Methi Paneer is a North Indian dish in which the paneer cubes are cooked with tender flavorful methi leaves in a spicy gravy. It is a perfect dish for methi lovers.

Methi leaves has a strong & slightly bitter taste but is highly nutritious. Paneer & methi is a delicious & wonderful combo. It goes very well with roti, naan, or simple white rice.


Ingredients:


1 bunch of methi (fenugreek) leaves washed & chopped
250 gms paneer cubes (cottages cheese)
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 green chilies chopped 
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp oil 
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Add cumin seeds, when it splutter, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies stir
    it till onion become light
 brown.

3. Now add tomatoes, stir it till tomato become soft.

4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & mix well.

5. Then add methi leaves, mix well, cook for 5-7 minutes. 

6. Add paneer cubes, salt, stir it slowly. Cook it for 1 min on low flame.

7. Turn it to serving bowl & serve hot.

In this recipe you can experience the richness of vanilla cake without compromising on the flavor. This egg less cake is simple to bake & perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:


1 cup fine flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:


1. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.

2. Sieve fine flour, baking powder & soda bi-carbonate together. Keep aside.

3. Combine condensed milk, butter & vanilla essence in a bowl mix well till light & fluffy.   
            
4. Gradually add refine flour, mix well after each addition. 

5. Mix it well for 3-4 minutes till mixture is smooth & light. 

6. Grease cake pot & lightly dust it with fine flour.

7. Pour the better into a cake pot & bake for about 35-40 mins.

8. Remove from the oven, leave to cool completely.

9. Cut the cake into desired pieces & serve.

Ingredients:


1 cup fine flour (Maida)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup cashew nut powdered/ chopped
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
 2 tbsp milk
10-12 cashew nut for garnishing

Method: 


1. Preheat oven on 180 digress for 5 mins.

2. In a wide bowl add fine flour,sugar,cardamom powder & cashew nut.

3. Now add butter ,milk & make a soft dough.

4. Divide the dough into equal parts & make cookies of desired shape
    of 1 inch thickness.

5. Garnish it with half peace of cashew nut.

6. Bake cookies for  10-15 mins on 180 digress or until cookies are light golden brown.

7. Let the cookies cool down.Cashew nut cookies are ready to eat.

This delicious vegetarian/vegan dish is easy to prepare. Main ingredients are wheat flour, fenugreek leaves,oil & spices.

Ingredients:


1 bunch fenugreek leaves(methi) finely chopped 
2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Water as required

Method:


1.Take wheat flour in a bowl.

2. Add  cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, fenugreek leaves & mix.

3. Add two tbsp of oil & mix.

4. Add sufficient water & knead into a stiff dough.

5. Divide the dough into equal sized round shape balls.

6. Roll them into thick puris.

7. Heat  oil in a pan.Slide each puri into hot oil & deep fry till golden & crisp.

8. Drain & place on an absorbent paper & serve hot.
