is good for those who want to lose weight. Pineapple juice is sweet & sour in taste.


Pineapple Juice


Ingredients:


1 pineapple 
2/3 tsp sugar 
1/2 cup crushed ice 
Water as required 


Method:


1. Peel pineapple, cut it into small pieces.

2. Now blend pineapple pieces, sugar & required amount of
    water in a blender.


4. Filter it, add some crushed ice, mix well.

5. Transfer into serving glasses & serve chilled.
