Peanut Laddu
Peanut Laddu a simple, delicious, one of the most nutritious & healthy dish which is majorly used during upwas or vrat. It is easy & quick to prepare. Peanuts are great source of protein, minerals, antioxidants, vitamins. Peanuts are one of the popular & commonly used nuts in the world. It is specially very good for growing kids.
You need only two ingredients peanut & sugar/jaggery to make these laddus. Peanut laddus can be used during fast, as a side dish, healthy kids snack.....i hope you will surly like this healthy, nutritious & delicious peanut laddus.
Ingredients:
250 gms peanut
250 gms powdered sugar
100 gms mawa
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Milk as required to make the laddus
Method:
1. In a pan roast peanuts & remove the skin.
2. Allow them to coll & grind in a fine powder.
3. In a bowl add peanut powder, mawa, sugar, desiccated coconut,
cardamom powder & mix well. If mixture is dry to make laddu
add milk as required & mix well.

4. Divide mixture into small portions & shape them into small balls.
5. Peanut laddus are ready. Store laddus in an airtight container.
