Falahari Aloo Vada is a vrat version of regular aloo vada which you can enjoy during this
Navratri Festival. Prepared with potato, sago flour, peanuts, ararot flour, green chili, salt
are main ingredients. Falahari Aloo Vada tastes really good.....i am sure you will enjoy this

Ingredients:
2-3 boiled, piled & mashed potato
1 cup sago flour
3 tbsp ararot flour
3-4 crushed green chili
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil to deep fry
Water as required
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a bowl add boiled, piled & mashed potatoes, green chili, peanuts, cumin seeds,
salt & coriander leaves. Mix well & make small balls of it. Keep aside.

2. In another bowl add sago flour, salt, red chili powder & some coriander leaves mix
it well, now add some water & make a thick batter of it.

3. Dip the potato balls in the batter, cover with ararot,
4. Heat oil in pan, deep fry the potato balls till golden brown fro both sides
5. Take them out on paper towel to drain out access oil.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or curd, enjoy your fast.
