Sev Puri Dahi Puri
Ingredients:
24 puris
1 cup yogurt
2 medium potatoes, boiled & chopped
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 moong sprouts, blanched
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 cup green chutney
1/4 cup sweet tamarind chutney
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves,chopped
2 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Add salt & sugar to yogurt,mix well. Keep it in refrigerator.
2. Mix boiled potatoes, sprouted moong, salt, half teaspoon of
red chili powder, chaat masala.

3. Break the puris a little on one side, fill it up with potato filling.
4. Keep puris in a plate, pour some yogurt .
5. Now add some green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney.
6.Top with sev, red chili powder,chat masala, roasted cumin powder.
7. Also top with coriander leaves,green chutney, pomegranate seeds .
8. Serve immediately.
