Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1/2 liter milk
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup cream
4-5 mint leaves
Sugar to taste
Method:
1. Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup of milk & keep it aside.
2. Heat remaining milk in a heavy bottom pan.
3.When it comes to a boil add cornflour milk,sugar & boil for another 5-7 mins.
4. Remove from heat & allow it to cool.
5. Now add cream,vanilla essence & mix well.
6.Pour the mixture into a aluminium ice cream container. Cover with tight lid & refrigerate
till semi-set.
7.Transfer the ice cream mixture into a mixer & blend till smooth.
8. Pour the ice cream mixture back into the same aluminium ice cream container.
9. Cover with lid & refrigerate again till set.
10. Scoop ,garnish with mint leaves & serve.
