Fruit Custard
Fruit custard is a very simple, tasty & healthy dessert loved by all specially kids. It is a nice way to include fruits in their diet.
Fruit custard can be served chilled or immediately.You can use fruits & custard powder as per choice.
It is an easiest & quick dessert. A dish loaded with goodness & flavour of different fruits.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
3 tsp sugar
Mix fruits(apple, banana, papaya, pomegranate seeds,orange or any seasonal fruit)
Method:
1. Mix custard powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk & make a paste without any lumps.
2. Boil milk, add sugar, custard paste to it, cook stirring continuously until it becomes thick.
3. Cool it completely & refrigerate.
4. Cut the fruits into cubes.
5. Arrange fruits in serving bowl, pour cold custard on it .
6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, serve immediately.
