Ingredients:
1 cup fresh green bengal gram
2 small onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
2-3 green chilies,chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Pressure cook green chana in water upto 2-3 whistles.
2. Transfer them into a kadai & simmer till all the water evaporates.
3. Take hot chana in a bowl. Add onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt,
roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice & mix well.

4. Serve immediately.
