Ingredients:
1/2 cup toovr dal
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tbsp moong dal(yellow)
1 tbsp moong dal chilka(green)
1 tbsp masoor dal
1 tsp urd dal
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1 onion chopped
2-3 tomatoes chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Water as required
2 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Clean, wash & pressure cook all dal upto 1 whistle.
2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When seeds crackle,
add onion ,stir & cook till it become golden brown.

3.Now add ginger paste,green chilies,chopped tomatoes & cook till done.
4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder & Stir for a min.
5. Add cooked mixed dal & cook till it boil.
6.Turn heat off & garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot with chapatti/paratha/rice.
