Aloo Anardana Kulcha
Ingredients:
2 cups fine flour (maida)
1/4 tsp soda bi carbonate
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup boiled & mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/8 cup chopped mint leaves
2 chopped green chilies
1 tsp powdered pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Sieve flour with soda, salt & transfer in a bowl.
2. Add yogurt milk,oil mix well & knead into a soft dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 mins.
3. Divide dough into 6-8 equal portions & roll out into a circle. keep aside.
4. Combine potatoes, onions, coriander, mint, green chilies, pomegranate seeds powder, red
chili powder, cumin powder, salt & mix well.

5. Divide mixture into six to eight equal portions & keep aside.
6. Place a portion of potato mixture in the center of rolled dough & bring sides together to seal
edges. Roll out again into a circle.

7. Brush lightly with butter, preheat oven to 220°c, place them in a greased baking tray & bake
at 220°c for about 6-8 mins.

8. Brush hot kulcha with butter & serve immediately.
