ingredients:
For the dough:
3 cups maida
1/4cup curd
3/4 cup warm milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
For the filling:
2 medium potatoes boiled, grated
100 gms paneer grated
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice(optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix yeast, sugar in lukewarm milk. Cover with a lid, keep aside for
1/2 an hour or until it becomes frothy.

2. Mix maida, baking powder, salt. Add butter, curd to it, mix well.
3. Now add the activated yeast mixture, make a soft dough. Leave
it covered for 4 hours.

4. After 4 hrs dough would have doubled in size. Add 1 tbsp of oil,
knead it well for 10 mins.

5. Mix all ingredients for filling.
6. Divide dough into equal sized balls.Take one roll it into a small
circle, place 1-2 tsp of filling in the center. Bring edges together
& seal them. Dust with flour,roll out into thick parathas.

7. Place it on a heated tava. Cook on both sides by brushing with
a little oil.

8. Serve hot with chole, raita or any curry.
