Paneer Kulcha
Ingredients:
2 cups fine flour(maida)
1 tbsp curd (yogurt)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
For stuffing:
200 gms paneer(cottage cheese) grated
2-3 green chilis chopped
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a bowl, sieve maida & baking soda. Add salt & mix it well.
2. Now add yogurt & knead soft dough by slowly adding milk. Cover
with damp cloth & let it rest for 1 hour.

3. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing & make balls.Now grease your

4. Roll dough balls to form small roti. Put paneer stuffing ball in center,
close from all sides to form a ball again.You can use fine flour for
dusting, if needed.

5. Roll it into round kulcha with the help of rolling pin.
6. Heat tava & cook Kulchas by brushing butter till brown spots appear
