Aloo Raita
(Potato)
Ingredients:
2 cup yogurt
2-3 potatoes boiled peeled & chopped
1-2 green chili chopped
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Beat Yogurt till smooth & thick.
2. Add sugar, salt, red chili powder, green chili, cumin powder & stir till sugar
dissolves.
3. Add potato & mix well.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves, red chili powder, cumin powder.
5. Serve cold.
