Mix Veg Raita
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh yogurt
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 cucumber peeled, grated
1 carrot chopped
1-2 green chili chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 pinch of red chili powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Whisk yogurt in a big bowl until smooth.
2. Add sugar,salt,cumin seeds powder,red chili powder & mix well.
3. Add all the vegetables & mix well.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder.
5. Keep in the refrigerator & serve chill.
