Strawberry Swiss Roll


Ingredients:


1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup fine floor
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp strawberry essence
2-3 drops pink color
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
Some fresh strawberries

Method:


1. Sift fine flour, baking powder, baking soda together & set it aside. 



2. Combine milk and butter in a bowl and whisk well.

3. Now add fine flour, pink color, strawberry essence & whisk  for 2-3
    mins.

4. Line & grease a 10” x 14” sheet pan & pour cake batter into it.

5. Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15-17 mins in a preheated oven. Cool the
    cake on wire rack.  
6. Whip fresh cream with sugar until light & fluffy. Refrigerate it before using. 

7. When cake is cool, remove the lining, place the cake on a piece of 
    parchment paper. Spread the fresh cream on it.

8. Using the parchment paper, gently roll up the cake. Wrap the cake
    up with the parchment paper & refrigerate it for 25-30 mins.

9. Cut the roll into thick slices. Swiss roll is ready.

10.Transfer rolls into a serving plate, garnish with fresh strawberry, rose  
     petals & serve.
