Ingredients:


2 alphonso mangoes
3 cup milk
5-7 ice cubes 
Sugar to taste

Method:


1. Wash mangoes, peel them & cut into small pieces.

2. Add mango, milk & sugar to blender. 

3. Add ice cubes & blend everything till smooth.

4. Serve chilled.

Ingredients:


250g rice boiled                                   
250g spring onion green part                                   
1/2 cup capsicum chopped                        
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup carrot chopped                                  
1 tbsp chopped garlic 
1 tbsp coriander leaves                               
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce   
2 tbsp oil                                      
Salt to taste    

  

Method:


1. Heat oil In frying pan, put chopped garlic, fry until light pink.

2. Add red chilli, black pepper & salt, mix well cover & let it cook.

3. When cooked. Add vegetables & stir fry for 2 mins.

4. Add boiled rice & soya sauce, mix them all.

5. Now add spring onion, coriander leaves,cover & let it cook for 2-3 mins on steam. 

6. Serve hot.

Ingredients:


2 cup  yogurt 
2 mango chopped
3-4 tbsp milk 
2 tsp sugar
8-10 ice cubs
2 tbsp pistachio & almond chopped


Method:


1. In a mixer jar add yogurt, milk,mango sugar, ice cubs.

2. Bland  it till smooth.

3. Pour it in serving glass, garnish with chopped almond & pistachio.

4. Serve chill.

Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt (dahi) chilled
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp nuts for garnish
8-10 strands of saffron 
2 tsp sugar  

Method:

1. Soak saffron strands in warm milk. Crush it well till flavour is well mixed with milk. Set aside.
    Beat yogurt well.

2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron soaked in milk & blend it once in a mixer to combine
    well .

3. Garnish with chopped nuts, saffron. 

4. Chill it. Kesar lassi is ready to serve.

Ingredients:


3 cup dahi (yogurt)
Ice cubs as required
2 tbsp malai (cream)
4 malai peda crumbled
Sugar to taste


Method:


1. Take yogurt & sugar in a bowl, whisk for 4-5 mins.

2. Add ice cubes & mix till lassi gets chilled.

3. Take 3-4 glasses & pour lassi equally into them.

4. Now add some cream to each glass. Top with  crumbled malai peda.

5. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:


 250 gm cubed fresh paneer (cottage cheese) 
1 medium diced green capsicum  
1 small diced onion 
2 roughly chopped green chillies 
5 cloves minced garlic 
1 tbsp corn flour 
2-3 tbsp light soya sauce 
1 tbsp tomato ketchup 
1 tbsp vegetable oil for deep frying 
Salt & black pepper to taste

Method:


1. Add few teaspoons of water to corn flour & make a smooth light batter.
  
2. Dip paneer cubes to coat them with this batter.

3. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry paneer cubes till they are light brown. Drain excess oil using a
    paper towel & set aside.

4. Heat some oil in a wok, add onion, green chillies & minced garlic,Saute it for few seconds till
    onion starts to get translucent. 

5. Add cubed capsicum & saute for few more minutes.

6. Add  tomato ketchup, soya sauce. Season with salt (be careful as the soya sauce has salt),
    pepper. Do a taste test & a
djust the flavour to your liking.

7. Add fried paneer cubes & give it a gentle toss to coat it well with sauce. Serve hot.

Ingredients:


2 cups plain yogurt
1-2 fresh & ripe mangoes, 
1-2 tbsp almond, pistachio & cashew nuts 
1 mango slicesed for garnish
Sugar to taste


Method:


1. Slice ripe mangoes. Put them in a blender, blend  it until smooth.
   
2. Tie yogurt in a clean muslin cloth & hang it for 4-5 hours. Make sure yogurt is thick.

3. Add sugar to yogurt & whisk it well till sugar dissolves.

4. Add mango pulp to yogurt, stir it until properly mix & then chill it.

5. Garnish it with some sliced mangoes.

6. Serve chill.

Ingredients:


2 cups cooked chinese rice
1/3 cup mushroom sliced
1/2 cup dark black mushroom soaked & sliced
1 tsp chinese 5 spice powder
1/4 cup green peas boiled
1-2 carrot grated
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp oil
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Heat oil, add mushrooms & saute till they are tender.

2. Add dried black mushrooms,green peas,carrot & saute for 2 to 3 more minutes.

3. Add chinese 5 spice powder, saute for 1/2 minutes.

4. Add rice, sugar, salt & mix well.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.

Ingredients:


100 grams whole wheat flat noodles 
1/2 cup diced onions 
1/2 cup chopped carrots 
1/2 cup chopped cabbage  
1/2 cup diced capsicum 
1 medium chopped tomato 
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste  
2 tbsp curry masala  
2 tsp red chili powder  
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 Spring onions chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
Water as required
Salt to taste


Method:



1. In a big pan, add 2 cups water, a little salt, noodles & cook it covered. Drain it &
     keep it aside for some time.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add  onions & cook till translucent. Now add ginger-garlic
    paste, curry masala, red chili powder & cook for  2 mins.

3. Add all chopped vegetables with half cup water in a pan & cook covered for 5 mins. Let
    vegetables cook but not completely.

4. Add noodles to vegetables & mix well, adding a little water if required.

5. Cook  till masala has blended well.  Remove from fire.

6. Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve hot with ketchup.
