Ingredients:


2 cup fine flour
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp pistachio/almond chopped

For syrup:


2 cup sugar 
1 cup water


Method:


1. Add  fine flour, ghee, yogurt, baking soda & make a soft dough.

2. Divide dough in small portion & make balls, press them in middle with thumb.

3. Heat ghee in a pan, deep fry balushahis on  low flame till become golden brown.

4. For sugar syrup, add sugar , water in another pan & boil it  till reaches two-string
    consistency.  

5. Remove syrup from heat & soak fried balushahis in it for thirty minutes. 

6. Gently remove balushahis from sugar syrup & place  them in a serving plate.

7. Garnish with pistachio/almond & serve.
