Ingredients:


250 gms fine flour (maida)
75 gms powdered sugar
2 tbsp ghee
Water as required
Ghee for deep frying

Method:


1. Sieve fine flour,add 2 tbsp ghee & mix well.

2. Now add powdered sugar,mix well & make a soft dough by using enough water.

3. Keep it aside for 1-2 hours.

4. Knead the dough & make big balls out of it.

5. Roll out each portion into a thick roti.

6. Cut into diamond shaped pieces. 

7. Heat ghee in a pan & deep fry them over a medium flame. 

8. Drain on absorbent paper. Cool completely & store in an air-tight container.
