Ingredients:
2 cups pressed rice (poha)
1/4 cup fried green peas
1/4 cup boondi
1/4 cup sev
1/4 cup gathiya
1/4 cup fried sago
1/4 cup boondi

1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chivda masala
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chivda masala
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add fennel seeds red chili powder turmeric powder
& sauté.

2. Add peanuts,green peas,boondi, gathiya ,sev ,poha & mix well.
3. Add salt ,chivda masala & mix. Sauté till chivada becomes crisp.
4. Remove from heat,add sugar mix well & allow it to cool.
