Mix Dal Pakora
Ingredients:
1 cup channa dal
1/2 cup moong dal
1/4 cup urad dal
1-2 tbsp rice flour
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cummin seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup grated carrot 
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped 
3-4 green chilies chopped
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash dals & soak them separately.
2. Remove water & grind all dals in a coarse paste. 
3. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander
powder, salt,green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, grated carrot,
coriander leaves to it & mix well.

4. Heat oil in a pan & drop small balls like pakodas in preheated oil
& fry them till golden brown .

5. Serve hot with tomato ketch up/ green chutney.
