Aloo Gobhi

Aloo Gobhi
(Potato & Cauliflower)


Aloo Gobhi


Ingredients:


3 medium size aloo (potatoes)
1 large size gobhi (cauliflower)
1 small size onion chopped
2 fresh small green chilies chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp gram masala powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Cut potatoes & califlower in small pieces.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet. Now add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste &
    saute for 3 mins.

3. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, finely chopped tomatoes, garam masala & cook
    it at least 2-3 mins.

4. Now add cauliflower & potatoes, cook on a low heat for 10 mins or till  done.

5. Remove from heat & pour in a serving dish . 

6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot.
