Mix Fruit Raita
Ingredients:
3 cups curd (yogurt)
2-3 tbsp banana cut into small cubes
1-2 tbsp apple cut into small cube
1 tbsp ripe mango cut into small cubes
1-2 tbsp papaya cut into small cubes
1 tbsp grapes
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/2 tbsp pineapple cut into small cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Whisk curd with hand blander now add salt, sugar, vanilla essence & mix well.
2. Add all the fruits to the curd.
3. keep raita in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
4. Serve chilled.
