Boondi Raita
Ingredients:
100 grams boondi
2 cup yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1-2 green chilies chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Whisk yogurt till smooth.
2. Add suger, salt, green chillies, pinch of red chilli powder, roasted cumin seed powder.
& half the chopped coriander leaves.
& half the chopped coriander leaves.
3. Now add boondi & mix well.
4. Garnish with red chili powder & serve.
