Paneer Bagh-E-Bahar
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cashew nut paste
1 cup yellow capsicum chopped
2-3 green chili chopped
1 cup tomato chopped
1 tsp garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Method:
1. Heat up oil in a pan add cut garlic, green chilies & fry till brown.
2. Add cashew paste. Fry capsicum in cashew nut mixture in medium flame.
3. Add tomatoes & stir till cooked.
4. Add paneer, tomato sauce, salt & red chili powder,turmeric powder.
5. Stir it for some time , add sugar & fresh cream.
6. Cook it for a minute, transfer to a serving dish garnish with grated paneer.
7. Serve hot.
