Ingredients:
1 packet hakka noodles
1-2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
5 - 8 tbsp schezwan sauce
Water as required
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Boil 8 cup of water in a large pan, let the water boil.
2. Add noodles & boil them for only 2 mins.
3. Drain noodles, spread on a flat surface & toss in 1 tsp of oil

4. Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium flame.
5. Add vegetables, stir-fry for 2- 3 mins on a medium flame.
6. Add schezwan sauce, salt & noodles, mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
7.Serve hot.
