Veg Manchurian

Veg Manchurian



Ingradients:


2 cups grated cabbage
2 cups grated carrots 
2 chopped spring onion
2 chopped green chilies
1 tbsp crushed garlic 
2 tbsp corn flour 
1 tbsp soya sauce 
1 tsp pepper powder 
1 tsp sugar 
1 pinch of ajinomoto 
2 tbsp oil
Oil for deep frying 
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Mix grated cabbage, carrots & squeeze water out from them.

2. Now in a bowl take squeezed cabbage, carrots, mix corn starch,    add chopped chilies & little salt to it.

3. Make small balls (like koftas) of mixture .

4. Heat oil in a kadhai (pan), deep fry balls till golden brown, drain
   & keep 
aside.

5. Now in a separate pan heat 2 tbsp oil.

6. Sauté garlic, green chilies & spring onions.

7. Add water, salt, pepper powder, ajinomoto, sugar, soya sauce.
    Bring 
it to a boil.

8. Mix 1 tbsp corn four with half of a cup of cold water & stir into it.
    
Gently add fried balls to gravy.

9. Cook veg manchurian for 3-4 mins & serve hot garnished with
   spring onion
.
