Veg Schezwan Noodles




Ingredients:


1 packet noodles (boiled, drained in cold water)
1/4 cup spring onions, finely chopped
2-3 beans
1 carrot
1 capsicum
1/4 small cabbage
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp spring onion greens chopped
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste


Method:



1. Cut all the vegetables in julienne.

2. Heat oil in a pan , add spring onions & stir fry for 1 min on high flame.

3. Add rest of vegetables & toss them on high heat for some time.

4. Add salt, pepper powder & brown sugar & mix well. Now add schezwan sauce & mix. 

5. Add & toss drained noodles & vegetables for a few secs. Turn off heat.

6. Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot.
