Ingredients:


1 cup fine flour
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch of soda
2 tsp milk powder
2 tbsp yogurt
Ghee for frying malpua
Water as required
2 tbsp chopped pistachio

For sugar syrup:


1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Method:


1.In a big bowl add all ingredients for malpua except ghee & make a batter 
   of pouring consistency.

2. Mix sugar & water in another pan, cook on medium heat &  make one-string
     sugar syrup.

3. Heat ghee in a griddle, add soda in malpua batter & mix well.

4.  lower the flame & pour 2-3 tbsp batter in ghee & cook malpua till golden
      from both sides.

5. Drain malpuas on paper towels.Immerse in the sugar syrup.

6 .Gently coat them with the sugar syrup.

7. Remove from sugar syrup & place them in a serving plate.

8. Garnish with pistachio & serve.
