Rasmalai is a very popular, royal & delicious dessert, spongy rasgullas soaked in creamy, sweetened saffron & cardamom flavored milk, garnished with nuts. 



Instant Rasmalai


Instant Rasmalai can be made easily at home in minutes by using ready made rasgulla & thickened milk. You just need to boil the milk, add rasgullas, sugar, nuts in it ......melt in
mouth instant rasmali is ready 
to serve.


Ingredients:


12-15 ready made rasgullas
1 liter milk
5-6 almond chopped
5-6 pistachios chopped
7-8 strands of saffron soaked in milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Sugar to taste

Method:



1. Take ready made rasgullas in a bowl, drain excess syrup by pressing
    each
 rasgulla gently.

2. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.

3. When milk comes to a boil, reduce the flame to low & cook till milk
    reduces to half. Stir at regular intervals in between.

4. Now add sugar, cook till sugar dissolves.

5.  Add saffron, pistachio, almond, cardamom powder & cook for another
     5-6 mins.

6. Turn off the flame, add the milk to drained rasgullas.

7. Let it cool to room temperature, place it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

8. Transfer the rasmalai into a serving bowl.

9. Garnish with chopped almond, pistachio & saffron. 

10. Instant Rasmalai is ready to serve.
