Ingredients:


1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1 cup freshly pureed tomatoes
1/2 cup onion paste
1-2 green chili chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp cashew nut paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp clove powder
1 tsp ajwain powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
11/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste




Method:


1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,when crackle  add ginger garlic  paste,onion paste &
    saute till onion turn golden brown.

2. Add green chilies, pureed tomatoes,stir it & add cashew nut paste,cook for a min.

3. Now add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ajwain powder,clove powder
    & mix well.

4. Add cubed cottage cheese,garam masala,salt,sugar & saute for some time.

5. Finally garnish with cottage cheese, coriander leaves & serve hot.

Paneer simmered in honeyed tomato gravy with spices is sure to make your meal tasty & nutritious. This dish is very good for all age groups specially for kids. 

This dish is easy to cook....can be used as starter also.


Ingredients:


1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes 
1 1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi (fenugreek)
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cream
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, stir for a few seconds. 

2. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Mix well.

3. Now add paneer to the gravy. Add kasuri methi, salt, simmer for few seconds.

4. Remove from the flame, add honey, cream & mix well.

5. Pour into serving bowl, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

6. Delicious honey paneer is ready.

Ingredients:


200 gms cottage cheese 
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 green chilies chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 
1 tbsp cashew nut paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala 
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves 
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp fresh cream 
1 tbsp oil 
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let them crackle.

2. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, saute till onion become transparent.

3. Now add ginger garlic paste,green chili & stir for some time. 

4. Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomato, red chili powder, salt & cook
     till oil separates.
    
     
5. Now add  cashew nut paste with some water & cook 1-2 mins.
   
6. Add panner, garam masala, kitchen king masala & cook.

7. Finally add fresh cream & mix it well.

8. Remove from & flame garnish with grated paneer & coriander leaves.

9. Serve hot.

Ingredients:


1 cup cottage cheese cubed
1 cup cauliflower cut in to small florets
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomato finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste    
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder    
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala     
1 tbsp kasuri methi crushed
1 tsp cumin seeds 
1 tsp soy sauce   
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil 
Salt to taste
  
      

Method:


1. Heat oil  in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds & allow to splutter.

2. Add onions saute till turns translucent & add ginger-garlic paste, saute until raw smell leaves.

3. Add tomato, fry till it turns soft, add soy sauce, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, stir for  
    a minute.

4. Then add tomato sauce, mix well, add cauliflower florets, stir & add  water, salt, bring the
     mixture to boil.

5. Once it started boiling, add the paneer cubes & kasuri methi, mix everything gently, cook
     till 
cauliflower is almost done.

6. Garnish with chopped coriander. 

7. Gobhi paneer masala is ready to serve.

Achari Paneer

Ingredients:


250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp mango pickle 
1/2 tsp raw mango powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala    
1/2 tsp onion seeds
1 cup onion paste
1 cup tomato puree
3-4 green chili chopped
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 bay leaf 
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Method:



1. Take oil in a pan, add paneer (cottage cheese) cubes to it. Fry them until they get light brown
    & keep them aside.


2. Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion seeds, green chilles, stir
     well & fry for 2 mins.

3. Then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, cook till the oil separates from the mixture. 

4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, row mango powder,
    mango pickle & salt. Stir it well, add a little water if needed.

5. Now add fried paneer (cottage cheese) & cook for 3-4 mins.

6. Serve hot.

Ingredients:


1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) small cubes
2 medium boiled potatoes 
1 cup mutter (green peas) blanched
1 cup fresh tomato puree
1 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Peel & cut the potatoes in cubs & keep it aside.

2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds & cumin seeds.

3. When it crackles, add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste & sauté till light brown.

4. Add tomato puree & cook for 2 minutes. 

5. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & cook for some time.

6. Add potatoes, peas, paneer, garam masala, salt & mix well.

7. Cover it with lid & cook for 2-3 mins

8. Turn it in serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves & grated paneer.

9. Serve hot.

Ingredients:


250 gms paneer(cottage cheese) cut into cubes

1 tbsp cashew nuts paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste  
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
4-5 green chili chopped
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp kasuri methi  
1 tsp cumin seeds  
1 tsp coriander powder  
1 tsp garam masala  
8-10 curry leaves

Method:


1.  Heat oil in a  pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, green chili,
     onion 
paste, cubed & fry them till onion become golden brown.

2. Now add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, kasuri methi, coriander powder, garam
    masala & cook until 
oil extracts from it.

3.  Finally add the cashew nut paste. Now add paneer, let it cook for 2 mins.

4. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.

Ingredients:


200 grams corn kernels
1 cup milk
100 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
6 tbsp besan (gram flour)
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Cook the fresh corn in milk. Cool & coarsely grind.

2. Grate the paneer (cottage cheese).

3. Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a thick mixture
    of dropping consistency. 

4. Make even sized balls with hand or tablespoon.

5. Heat oil & deep fry the pakodas on medium heat till golden brown. 

6. Drain & keep on an absorbent paper to soak the excess oil. 

7. Serve hot with green chutney/sauce.

Ingredients:


4-5 potatoes boiled & mashed
100 gms paneer (cottage cheese) grated
2 tbsp refined flour (maida)
8-10 raisins
3-4 green chilies chopped
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp  coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste

Method:



1. Mix together paneer, potatoes, red chilies, green chilies, coriander leaves, garam 
    masala powder,refined flour, salt & raisins in a bowl. 

2. Make small size balls out of this potato, paneer mixture.

3. Heat oil in a pan, deep-fry pops till golden brown & drain on absorbent 
    paper.

4. Serve hot with green coriander chutney/ tomato sauce.

Ingredients:


250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp green chili paste
salt to taste


For green makhani gravy:

1 cup green tomatoes puree
1 tbsp chopped green garlic 
2 tsp chopped green garlic leaves
1 chopped capsicum
4 chopped spring onion greens
2 tsp ginger  paste
4 tbsp butter
1 bayleaf
5 cloves 
3 cardamoms
1 stick of cinnamon 
3 tbsp mava
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
Salt to taste


Method:


1. Cut paneer into triangles, add the lemon juice, green chilli paste & salt, mix well & keep
     aside to marinate for fifteen minutes.


2. Heat oil in a pan, add the green garlic greens, capsicum, spring onion greens & sauté for 2
    minutes.


3. Cool & blend to a puree. Keep aside.

4. Heat the butter in a pan, add bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon & sauté for 30
    seconds.


5. Add the green garlic, ginger paste, mix well & sauté for 3 minutes.

6. Add khoya, green tomato puree & sauté for 2 minutes. Add capsicum puree & mix well.

7. Add garam masala, honey , salt, marinated paneer pieces & mix well.

8. Sprinkle kasuri methi & remove from the flame.

9. Turn it into a serving dish & garnish with fresh cream.

10. Serve hot with naan/roti
