Achari Paneer

Achari Paneer 



Ingredients:


250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp mango pickle 
1/2 tsp raw mango powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala    
1/2 tsp onion seeds
1 cup onion paste
1 cup tomato puree
3-4 green chili chopped
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 bay leaf 
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Method:



1. Take oil in a pan, add paneer (cottage cheese) cubes to it. Fry them until they get light brown
    & keep them aside.


2. Take oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion seeds, green chilles, stir
     well & fry for 2 mins.

3. Then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, cook till the oil separates from the mixture. 

4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, row mango powder,
    mango pickle & salt. Stir it well, add a little water if needed.

5. Now add fried paneer (cottage cheese) & cook for 3-4 mins.

6. Serve hot.
