Mix Dal Vada
Ingredients:
1 cup channa dal
1 cup tur dal
1 cup moong dal
1 cup urad dal
1 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
3 green chillies finely chopped
1 spring curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method:
1. Wash & soak dals in water for 5-6 hours.
2. Drain out water completely, grind dals together in a mixer with 1/4 cup water to a thick paste.
3. Transfer this dal mixture to another container, mix red chilli powder, termeric powder, cumin
seeds, salt, ginger paste, chopped onion, curry leaves, green chilli. Make round balls &
flatten into round shape.

4. Heat oil in a kadai / frying pan. Reduce heat to medium, fry dal vadas till light golden color on
both the sides.

5. Serve hot with green chutney.
