Ingredients:


1 cup green peas boiled
1 cup paneer cubed
2 onions 
3 tomatoes 
1 tsp cummin seeds 
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
3-4 green chilies finely chopped
3 tbsp cashew nut paste
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp fresh cream
2-3 tbsp oil
Water as required
Salt to taste

 Method:


1. Grind onions into a fine paste in a food processor. 

2. Next grind tomatoes into fine paste.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, after few seconds add onion paste.
    Fry till onion paste 
turns light brown.

4. Add tomato paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies & saute for another 2 minutes.

5. Add cashew nut paste & stir for 1-2 mins.

6. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & garam masala powder, stirring
    continuously till oil begins to separate. from masala.

7.  Add peas to masala & saute for 2-3 minutes.

8. Then add paneer, water & salt, reduce flame to a simmer, add yogurt & cook till gravy
     thickens.

9. When gravy is as thick as you would like, turn off flame.

10. Garnish with coriander leaves, fresh cream & serve hot.
