Paneer Korma
Ingredients:
200 gms cottage cheese
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 green chilies chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp cashew nut paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let them crackle.
2. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, saute till onion become transparent.
3. Now add ginger garlic paste,green chili & stir for some time.
4. Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomato, red chili powder, salt & cook
till oil separates.
5. Now add cashew nut paste with some water & cook 1-2 mins.
6. Add panner, garam masala, kitchen king masala & cook.
7. Finally add fresh cream & mix it well.
8. Remove from & flame garnish with grated paneer & coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot.
