Ingredients:
8 -10 green chilies
1 cup gram flour
1 cup gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
1 pinch soda bicarb
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash, wipe & slit the chilies along the length.
2. Remove the seeds from the chilies.
3. Fill slit chilies with chat masala & dry mango powder.

4. In a bowl add rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder,
soda bicarb,salt, gram flour & mix well.

5. Make a smooth batter by adding water.
6. Dip chilies in the batter & deep fry in hot oil till it is golden
from both sides.

7. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
