Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup gram flour
1/4 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch asafoetida
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Sieve the wheat flour & gram flour.
2. Add carom seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, asafotida & mix well.
3. knead it to firm dough by adding enough water.
3. Cover & keep aside for 15-20 mins.
4. Divide the dough into small size balls & roll each ball into small puris.
5. Now heat oil in a pan & deep fry the puris till golden from both sides.
6. Serve masala puri hot with any curry of your choice.
