Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:


250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
3 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onions
2 tbsp cashew nut  paste
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chopped coriander 
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add onions & saute till turn golden brown.

2. Add ginger, garlic paste,tomatoes & saute for some time.

3. Cool & blend it in a mixer to a puree.

4. Transfer mixture in a pan, add 1/2 cup water & bring it to a boil on a slow flame.

5. Add  cashew nut paste, tomato ketchup & mix well.

6. Add all dry masala, salt to puree & mix well. Cook on a slow flame till the gravy thickens.

7. Now add  paneer pieces into gravy & let it come to a boil.

8. Transfer into serving bowl,garnish with coriander leaves & grated paneer.

9. Serve hot with roti/naan.
