Rice Pakoda
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
2 tbsp bengal gram flour ( besan )
1 tsp rice flour
1 tsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Take all the above ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan, pour batter with spoon in the oil.
3. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot with green chutney/ketchup.
