Sandwich Dhokla
Ingredients:
1 cup gram dal
1 cup urad dal
2 cups rice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chili paste
1 tsp coriander leaves
1/4 tsp soda bi-carbonate
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp coriander chutney
1 tbsp oil
4-5 curry leaves
water as required
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Wash & soak urad,gram dal & rice for 2-3 hours.
2.Grind dal, rice & make a fine paste by using enough water.keep
it over night for fermentation.

3. Now add soda bi-carbonate, ginger garlic paste,green chili paste,
salt & water if required. Mix it well.

4. Take 4-5 tbsp dhokla paste in a greased plate & steam it for 15-20
mins.Cook remaining mixture by using same process.

5. Let it cool for some time apply green chutney on it & cover it with
another layer of steamed dhokla & press it.

6. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,sesame
seeds & curry leaves,now pour tempering on dhokla & spread it
evenly.

7.Cut dhoklas into desired shape,garnish with coriander leaves &
serve.
