Fried Idli
Ingredients:
8-10 idli cut into small pieces
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
7-8 curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
2. When mustard seeds starts spluttering, add curry leaves.
3.Now add red chili powder & salt & mix well.
4. Next add idli & cook for some time.
5. Remove from heat,garnish with coriander leaves.
6. Serve hot with green/coconut chutney.
