Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer
Ingredients:
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1 cup freshly pureed tomatoes
1/2 cup onion paste
1-2 green chili chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp cashew nut paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp clove powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp clove powder
1 tsp ajwain powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
11/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp sugar1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,when crackle add ginger garlic paste,onion paste &
saute till onion turn golden brown.

2. Add green chilies, pureed tomatoes,stir it & add cashew nut paste,cook for a min.
3. Now add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ajwain powder,clove powder
& mix well.
4. Add cubed cottage cheese,garam masala,salt,sugar & saute for some time.

5. Finally garnish with cottage cheese, coriander leaves & serve hot.

Never tried ajwan in paneer gravy sabji.Nice, Looks delicious
