Gobhi Paneer Masala
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese cubed
1 cup cauliflower cut in to small florets
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomato finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp kasuri methi crushed
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds & allow to splutter.
2. Add onions saute till turns translucent & add ginger-garlic paste, saute until raw smell leaves.
3. Add tomato, fry till it turns soft, add soy sauce, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, stir for
a minute.

4. Then add tomato sauce, mix well, add cauliflower florets, stir & add water, salt, bring the
mixture to boil.

5. Once it started boiling, add the paneer cubes & kasuri methi, mix everything gently, cook
till cauliflower is almost done.

6. Garnish with chopped coriander.
7. Gobhi paneer masala is ready to serve.
