Ingredients:


200 gms paneer cubed 
1/2 cup onion paste
1/2 cup  tomatoes puree
1/2 cup cashew nut  paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste


Method:


1. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds allow them to crackle.Now add bay
    leaf, ginger-garlic paste,sauté for few sec.
 
2. Add onion paste & sauté til it turns golden brown now add tomato puree, when oil starts
    to separate ,add cashew nut paste, Stir for couple of mins.

3. Add red chili powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi,salt & mix well,add
    some water & cook for some time.

4. Now add paneer cubes, mix well & add garam masala, cook for 2 mins.

5. Turn off flame, add fresh cream & mix well. 

6. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
