Ingredients:
1 cup fresh green chick peas
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
3 tsp finely chopped green chillies
3 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Clean, wash green chick peas & grind into a fine paste without water.
2. Combine the green chick peas with all the remaining ingredients except
oil, in a bowl & mix well.

3. Divide mixture into equal portions, shape each portion into a flat, round shape kabab.
4. Shallow fry kababs on a griddle, using oil till both sides are golden brown in
color.

5. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
