Aloo Mutter Paneer


Ingredients:


1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) small cubes
2 medium boiled potatoes 
1 cup mutter (green peas) blanched
1 cup fresh tomato puree
1 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Peel & cut the potatoes in cubs & keep it aside.

2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds & cumin seeds.

3. When it crackles, add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste & sauté till light brown.

4. Add tomato puree & cook for 2 minutes. 

5. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & cook for some time.

6. Add potatoes, peas, paneer, garam masala, salt & mix well.

7. Cover it with lid & cook for 2-3 mins

8. Turn it in serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves & grated paneer.

9. Serve hot.
