Ingredients:
For Tikka:
200 gms cottage cheese (paneer)
1/4 cup thick curd
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
For Gravy:
1 cup finely chopped onion
2-3 tomatoes pureed
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Water as required
Salt to taste
Method:
For Tikka:
1. Take thick yogurt in a bowl ,add all marinade ingredients except paneer & mix well.
2. Now add paneer & mix gently,coat all the pieces with marinade.
3.Cover it and let it marinade for at least 15-20 mins.
4. Heat oil in a pan add paneer pieces in that cook from both side till light brown & keep it
aside.

For Gravy:
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, once hot add cumin seeds & let them sizzle.
2. Now add onion, cook till light brown then add ginger garlic paste & saute for some time.
3. Add tomato puree & stir for 2-3 mins.Then add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander
powder,salt mix well & cook for some time.

4. Add water & simmer for 5 mins.
5 .Now add garam masala, kasoori methi & cooked paneer tikka,cream & stir.
6. Switch off the heat & garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
