Masala Papad


5-10 papad
2 onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
4/-5 green chilies finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp lemon juice 
1/2 cup nylon sev
Salt to taste


1. Mix onion, tomato, green chilies & coriander leaves & add lemon juice. 

2. Fry or roast papads.

3. Speard  mixture on top of papads.

4.  Now sprinkle nylon sev, salt, red chili powder & chat masala.

5. Serve immediately.
