Rava Dosa


3/4 cup semolina (rava)
3/4 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chilies, chopped
3-4 curry leaves, chopped
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste


1. Mix semolina, rice flour, add yogurt, salt & enough water to
    make a very thin batter.

2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds when they
    crackle add green chilies, curry leaves.

3. Add this to the batter & mix well.

4. Heat a tava pour 1/2 cup batter in a circular manner. 

5. Pour oil around & on the dosa.

6. Cook till crisp & golden in color from both sides.

7. Serve hot with coconut chutney & sambhar.
