Paneer Do Pyaza
(Cottage Cheese)

Paneer Do Pyaza


250 gms paneer(cottage cheese) cut into cubes
1/2 cup onion paste 
1 tbsp onion cubed
1 cup tomato puree 
1 tbsp cashew nuts paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste  
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
4-5 green chili chopped
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp kasuri methi  
1 tsp cumin seeds  
1 tsp coriander powder  
1 tsp garam masala  
8-10 curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt  to taste


1.  Heat oil in a  pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, green chili,
paste, cubed & fry them till onion become golden brown.

2. Now add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, kasuri methi, coriander powder, garam
    masala & cook until 
oil extracts from it.

3.  Finally add the cashew nut paste. Now add paneer, let it cook for 2 mins.

4. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
