Ingredients:

3-4 potatoes, boiled, peeled & sliced

Method:
For puri:
1. Mix flour, salt & 1 tbsp of oil. Knead soft pliable dough with water. Keep aside for 15
mins.

2. Divide dough into 10-12 parts, shape them into balls. Roll each ball into round shape with
the help of rolling pin.

3. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry puris on both sides till light brown.

For Bhaji:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, allow it to splutter.
2. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds, ginger, green chili, garlic,onion,
stir it till onion is tender.

3. Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, potatoes, mix well, cook it for 2-3 mins.
4. Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
